AP Equipment Financing Continues Its Tradition of Giving Back to the Community

In a continued spirit of generosity, AP Equipment Financing rallied its employees to vote for their preferred charity to support this past year.  We proudly backed 12 diverse nonprofits, each dedicated to making a positive impact in the community and supporting a fundamental need. We’re excited to announce the selected charities and share the unique benefits each one brings.

  • Seattle Children’s Hospital
    • “We fight relentlessly to make sure there’s no such thing as “out of options” and to make sure kids who “didn’t have a chance” can have the childhoods they deserve. At Seattle Children’s, we’re united by a compelling mission: We provide hope, care and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.”
  • Deschutes Land Trust
    • “The Deschutes Land Trust conserves and cares for the lands and waters that sustain Central Oregon, so local communities and the natural world can flourish together for generations to come.”
  • Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing
    • “Project Healing Waters helps active military service personnel and Veterans in need through a dedicated, developed curriculum of fly fishing, fly casting, fly tying, and fly rod building.”
  • Habitat for Humanity
    • “Habitat for Humanity partners with people in your community, and all over the world, to help them build or improve a place they can call home.”
  • Shepherds House Ministries
    • “At Shepherd’s House Ministries, we strive to feed the hungry and to shelter the homeless, but our deeper aim is to walk alongside the hurting and the needy to effectively address the life-controlling issues that perpetuate the long-term cycles of pain and homelessness.”
  • The Giving Plate
    • “In living out our mission, we embrace the vision of ending hunger by reimagining food relief. We strive to foster a community that recognizes every person’s inherent worth and dignity. Through our commitment to compassion, hospitality, and genuine care, we are not only fighting hunger; we nurture hope and cultivate a sense of belonging.”
  • Saint Jude
    • “The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family’s ability to pay.”
  • Brightside Animal Center
    • “Brightside is a high-save shelter dedicated to providing sheltering, placement and prevention services to reduce animal homelessness and unnecessary euthanasia.”
  • Harmony Farm Sanctuary
    • “Harmony Farm Sanctuary was established in 2003 with a mission of protecting farm animals from cruelty and providing shelter, care, and compassion to those in need. Over 200 animals ranging from cows, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and even former fighting roosters call Harmony home.”
  • Cascade Canine Rescue
    • “We are a nonprofit in the Tumalo area of Bend, OR, that rescues and rehomes dogs and cats from urgent situations and shelters. We are a team of volunteers who are passionate about saving lives and addressing pet overpopulation.”
  • Street Dog Hero
    • “Serving dogs in need around the world and their communities through rescue, adoption, wellness, spay/neuter, and education. We are committed to bettering the communities, people, and animals we serve.”
  • Special Olympics
    • “The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.”

We appreciate our employees for actively choosing these remarkable organizations. Moving forward, our commitment to making a positive impact remains strong and together, we’re working towards creating a brighter future.
