Seth Davis

As VP, Vendor Programs for AP Equipment Financing, Seth collaborates with construction dealers, manufacturers, and end users to offer equipment finance solutions to optimize profitability. With his prior experiences, Seth’s knowledge of the industries, equipment, and ability to communicate and connect with all parties of a deal provides great value and integrity to all involved.

Seth’s career began with 11 years of Active Duty with the United States Air Force. During this time, he worked in various locations and positions including Aviation Mechanic, Data Analyst, Recruiter, and Recruiting Operations. While on Active Duty, he completed 2 Associate’s Degrees (Aviation Maintenance Technology, Human Resource Management) a B.S. in Business Management, and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University. Seth then transferred to the Kansas Air National Guard where he continued in recruiting before being selected as a Commissioned Officer to serve in Logistics Readiness. As a traditional Guardsman, he deployed as a Wing Executive Officer in Qatar, and retired in 2022 as the Operations Officer for the Force Support Squadron.

In 2013, Seth began his civilian career as a Territory Manager for an industry leading power equipment manufacturer. He continued on into a dealer development role for a construction equipment manufacturer before moving into a Branch Manager position for a construction equipment dealership. Seth transitioned his career into heavy equipment financing working previously for large and regional banks.

Seth’s experience includes; vendor finance and retail programs, overseeing sales teams, rental, parts and service, HR, heavy equipment operation, dealer growth and development, dealer finance and profitability strategies, & customer financing solutions.

Seth volunteers for various organizations and events including SOS-Heroes for Hope, Dozer Days, Habitat for Humanity, and local school district committees. He was also the Vice President of the Company Grade Officer’s Council for the 190th Air Refueling Wing. Seth enjoys coaching his daughters in basketball, attending local high school and college sporting events, as well as the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks.
