Kayla Perlinger, CLFP

Kayla Perlinger is an experienced professional in the equipment finance industry. Since 2011, she has held roles in credit, data analysis, operations, and syndications. She has also contributed to technological initiatives and process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Kayla has extensive experience focusing on the buy and sell side of syndications while leading efforts to onboard new capital partners, strengthen existing relationships, and support the company’s broader capital markets strategy.
Kayla earned her degree in Economics from St. Cloud State University. She holds the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation and currently serves as Chair of the Small Ticket Business Council Steering Committee for the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA). She is active in various industry associations and committees, including the ELFA and the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA).
Based in Minnesota, Kayla enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband, two sons, family and friends. She loves being outside, hiking, and is always looking for new opportunities for personal growth and development.
