AP Equipment Financing does not work with many third party originators, but we know the broker business and respect it. We started by buying broker transactions and we have never stopped. We only purchase transactions from brokers who are experts in a certain industry.
We typically fund transactions created by bank over-exposure issues, or “just barely out of the bank box” credits – deals you would think a bank would do but the ratios are just off, or a corporate parent guarantee is not available.
