When you or a dealer you are working with provide us with personal information to contact us or fill out an application, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say opt-out.

AP does not share any personally identifiable information, including SMS opt-in consent, with third-party organizations for marketing or promotional purposes. However, we may share such information with trusted service providers solely to perform services on our behalf, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
